Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Cost:

  • Standard shipping fee calculated at checkout

Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays:
Please note that delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. Bloom Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been dispatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns.


To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used beauty products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Final sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective.

  • Damaged during shipping.

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
